Rey from the Video Game Museum has taken screenshots of all the possible variations and uploaded them to the ending section. However, they aren't organized in the same way so you might have to look around a bit to find the one you are looking for. You can find them all in the SNES endings section.

I didn't find the endings 4, 5, 6 and 10 myself,
but read from an another ending compilation.
Reachability notes
There's no way you could reach the first 2 endings without Newgame+.
(You haven't been to End of time yet.)
You probably can't reach the first 12 endings without Newgame+. (Unless you spend a *lot* of time training the characters.)
The Family reunion ending is the most probable ending you got when you played the first time.
