Verification movie for my Undertale Yellow Early Bag Genocide TAS. Does not produce the exact save files used in the encode but the TAS still syncs on these.
Instructions:
- Download the practice mod. Since this save file is impossible to achieve with the unmodified game, I TASed the practice mod to create it instead.
- Rename the above file to game.unx and place it inside your Undertale Yellow game folder. Complete instructions of running UTY on Linux can be found in the submission notes of the TAS
- Run the movie with libTAS, making sure to disable "Prevent writing to disk" so that it can actually save the files, and just like the main movie make sure to frame-advance slowly through the first few frames so it syncs correctly
Alternatively, if you don't wanna bother with running this verification movie, you can just download the save files directly (save.sav, controls.sav), and place them inside $HOME/.config/Undertale_Yellow
