arandomgameTASer has a computer worse than literally everyone here and he was able to do Shantae just fine with lsnes and somehow managed to TAS a game on DeSmuME (followed by DeSmuME shitting bricks for an entire month after he completed his project)

Anyways.... The TAS in its current state is much worse than one of the most optimal TASes like everyone else has mentioned.
