Adds GBC BIOS to beginning of run and CycleCount to the end. With the same BIOS intro as #5947: Jigwally's GBC Who Wants to Be a Millionaire: 2nd Edition in 04:20.55, it's clearer this is slower.
GBA BIOS would've added 14 more frames, and Jigwally's uses the GBC one too so it's useful for comparison.
