It ends level one with 3:38 left on the clock vs 3:39 on the other movie, no idea how much emulation differences affect this change.
Edit: after a closer look, the first black frame after the fade-out if the first level, my movie ends on frame 11,984 where as the other movie ends on frame 12,022. So I'm about 34 frames faster, and I'm not sure how reliable the in game timer is after all
