I meant to redo this on modern Dolphin with a verification movie someday, but it's good to have it accessible in some form.

- Official DSP ROMs (dsp_coef.bin and dsp_rom.bin)
- Uses this 100% save file. Use Tools>Memcard Manager (GC), load your MemoryCardA.USA, and Import GCI. Select the downloaded save file to add it before movie playback.
Waits until the perfect frame to start the minigame, preventing any lag from appearing during it. Does not use pause buffering, which would make it twice as fast. As such, this is not the fastest it could be with just controller input. It all depends on whether pause buffering is considered valid when aiming for IGT.
