- Funny colors at the key hole (Vanilla Dome 1)
- Get 1UPs after bouncing on the first enemy (Chocolate Island 2)
- Dead after reaching the goal of the stage (Chocolate Island 3)

CoolHandMike: Re-evaluating rejection reason.
CoolHandMike: Ultimately this came down to not being as entertaining as it should be as well as being unoptimized. Either one would be a decent rejection reason at this point in time. Also, right now there is no chance this would be accepted for any category due to there being far more entertaining and advanced playarounds for Super Mario World.
Changing rejection reason to Entertainment.
