Panic Dizzy is a puzzle video game published in 1990 by Codemasters for the Amstrad CPC, ZX Spectrum, Commodore 64, Master System, and Game Gear. The game is a spin-off in the Dizzy series and was designed by the Oliver Twins, but was developed by Big Red Software.
As toys fall from the sky, it's up to Dizzy to line them up in matching holes. However, the chutes the toys are falling from are constantly descending, and once they reach the bottom it's game over. After every 50 toys you go up a level, the holes change, and the chutes descend faster.
DigitalDuck finishes all 21 levels in the ZX Spectrum version as fast as possible.

Gameplay starts at 4:54 in the encodes.
