I think in Impossible Creatures, you can make a cross between a Praying Mantiss and a Lobster.
The result? Praying Mobster.
Hours of fun, that game is.
Komodo drunk, komodo drug, snapping turtfish, raving cobra... Good times. Good times.
I liked Rydia from Final Fantasy IV…
Until I saw the first picture that wasn't an in-game pixel art. My liking ended steeply then. That was 4–5 years ago.

Yeah, who would have expected that in a thread who's first sentence was "Does anyone have a hidden obsession with certain video game characters?"
Posts that contain pointers [...] to pornography are not allowed.
Do these images (cropped for emphasis) linked to by comicalflop or JXQ count?

False. (TM)
Sorry about that. When I see a new person, the face is usually the first thing I look at. That habit transfers to internet pictures. Maybe that makes me a wierdo, I don't know... : p
When a game has a good story, I often find myself caught up in it, feeling for the characters. Yes, sometimes one of the female protagonists manages to catch me off guard, but a temporary crush is far from an obsession. Which one? Well, last time it happened with Rinoa from FF8.
Yes, it's pathetic to fall into an emotional trap built into the game with the only purpose of catching socially unskilled geeks, but at least I can refrain from drooling over rounded polygons most of the time.

Did anyone obsess over that tech demo for Dead or Alive Volleyball (I think) where the breasts jiggled WAAAAY too much and the hair looked like string?
Nobody? Anyone? Great.... umm.... me neither... ¬_¬
Edit: If anyone knows what I'm on about and they have a link, perhaps they could post it. For, you know. Example reasons.
What?

Does that answer your question, Meatbag?
If only they didn't cancel StarCraft Ghost....
