Reading the table of programming errors alone makes it sound like an amazing run to watch. I'll need to wait for an encode first, though.
http://www.youtube.com/Noxxa <dwangoAC> This is a TAS (...). Not suitable for all audiences. May cause undesirable side-effects. May contain emulator abuse. Emulator may be abusive. This product contains glitches known to the state of California to cause egg defects. <Masterjun> I'm just a guy arranging bits in a sequence which could potentially amuse other people looking at these bits <adelikat> In Oregon Trail, I sacrificed my own family to save time. In Star trek, I killed helpless comrades in escape pods to save time. Here, I kill my allies to save time. I think I need help.

It's a big glitch of graphics, hope you to see the encode. But I Vote YES

This was WAY more entertaining than I thought. I remember watching an older version of this run way back in high school or something, and this just blows it away. Definitely one of the best TAS's I've seen in a very long time. Consider this a "press-your-lips-on-mine-and-never-let-go" vote, which is a few steps up from the have-my-babies vote.

Wow, Just wow. This run is so fucked up, I cant even describe it. Nice work! I remember doing an attempt at a Rockman & Forte TAS while back since the current run is very outdated with the new tricks. But now I wont have to worry about it since you made an all new TAS! This is a very strong Yes Vote from me! Really terrific and glitchy work. Suggested Screenshot:

To be honest, that screenshot sucks big time. It looks like there's just noise on the picture.

Strange graphics glitch watching Megsy teleport in the middle of a boss fight. The instant kill on Wily at the end made me LOL.

Terrific! I'm a little dizzy after seeing so many crazy stuff, but I guess I can still hit the Yes button.

I noticed the midair jumping in Pirate Man with L.Bolt (around 53100). Why don't you use that more? I think a good place for it is the museum revisit, instead of waiting for the raft.
I like my "thank you"s in monetary form.

When a run destroys a game and leaves damage for the rest of the run time, I just love it. Yes vote!

I review the place, maybe it can save some frames in there. Usage L.bolt->PAUSE->select rush when change the raft to the big ship. Thanks to your opinion.

This run is so amazing, I can't even list all the awesome moments, there are too many. On the contrary, I think there are way less than 40 boring seconds out of 40 awesome minutes. Now, have a couple of screenshot suggestions: Yes they're taken from the encode so the frame number is not accurate (the pause doesn't work very well), I didn't feel like downloading this rom just for this, though if someone will take raw screenshot I will gladly optimise them.

So yeah, we have 3 screenshots so far. These are optimized as much as I could, but the first one is not very optimizable, since it has some optimizer-killing colors. Anyway, for publication, I'm asking your opinion. Click here to vote for your favorite screenshot, and the most voted will be used for publication, of course. And please, don't tell your votes on this thread. I don't want a discussion to be started about this.

I wonder if a glitchless run would be different enough to warrant being published in a separate category.
Why, oh, why do I even <i>try</i> to understand my own species?

Mister Epic: you're right about the first screenshot, somehow it manages to use 370 colors, even though the SNES should be capable of only 256 at the same time, this run is so glitched, it makes the SNES do things it shouldn't be able to do. By the way: 21789 -> 19846 bytes 6992 -> 6913 bytes 7278 -> 7258 bytes :)

I'm against all of these shots. I think shots of heavy graphical glitches should only be used for any% "glitched" runs. The glitches were very surprising and entertaining to see, but I think those screenshots would project a misleading image of the run to viewers who aren't yet familiar with this game.

Yeah, that's a good point. We don't even see Mega Man in these shots. It's fun to see glitches, but to get a good idea of the game itself, the main character should be visible. So here's my screenshot suggestion.

I just felt that I should inform you that floors are for walking on, as it appears mega man has no idea of their use. >_< Also, the intro music sounds way too much like it is from Dragon Ball Z: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=efR4kpts6eg#t=0m24s Obvious Yes.

Of course, YES vote!! I was very surprised at a lot of new tricks from fortress! Then, I might have to remake my Rockman's any% run...
