Today my friend try register to TAS, but he can't because image code alway get fail I tried for him but fail too http://i.imgur.com/8wkbRey.jpg Is this bug ?

It says right below the code image: "Enter the first five (5) characters of the code. Even though it has six characters, we only want the first five. This code is needed to prevent automated (robot) registrations." It seems your friend is trying to put in all six characters, instead of only five.

Wow, yea, I highly doubt many people wouldn't make the same mistake on their first try. The picture already tells you what to do in a way, "First green code = ?", there's no reason to assume the text below the picture could contradict it. Not sure if this is the best design.

Sorry that it is difficult, but it is no less difficult than other sites that use captcha. I myself also have troubles proving I'm a human (am I robot?) However, you must know that we've had our captcha cracked on more than one occasion by bots. As captcha's get cracked, they get tougher. The internet is a sick place, and that is the source of your pain.
