Hi, I'm sorry if this is not appropriate to ask here. I would like to know is there any additional restriction rule for uploading TAS videos from this site to my channel? Or I'm actually not allowed to do that?
If I'm allowed to upload videos to my channel, any specific rules I have to follow besides properly credited the author and this site? What about monetization?
Thanks for answering my question.

Certain authors such as myself would only prefer first and foremost that their TAS is on their account as a temp/main encode and that the second/main encode is on TASVideosChannel/
No. Hell No.
Never ever monetize off of someone's work that they themselves (most of the time) don't profit from.
Never ever monetize an encode, which a Publisher/Encoder did, which they don't even profit from. We do it basically as free labor and it's annoying to see our encodes elsewhere being monetized by some greedy bastard.
There is literally no point to hosting the TASes on YouTube as TASVideosChannel is the main hub for the movies that we publish/reencode.
If you want to do mirrors to encodes that we do, go elsewhere. We don't need people to mirror the same encodes on YouTube it's not needed.

Monetization, aside from all else, introduces an extra layer of problems for others, because youtube starts thinking that ALL super mario bros content macially starts belonging so some Marty85949374, AlbinoBlackSheep, LOLAHAHA, or similiry irrelevant youtuber. So every time someone uploads and encode of an SMB tas, they get a copyright claim from these irrelevant people. Such guys can be convinced to unmonetize such videos, preventing endless false claims.
But sometimes they won't care. I made a TAS of 1p Battletoads and uploaded it to my channel. I got a copyright claim from some channel that contained a shitty remix of stage 2 music. I declined it and sent them that were are basing on Fair Use when we distribute TAS encodes, but most importantly, they themselves has stolen Rare's and Nintendo's properly and slapped random drum samples on top, now accusing everybody in infringing they copyright. This is bullshit. You know what they did? They just refused my complaints and restored the claim. Further actions required giving google my personal info, so I didn't undertake them. Now the claim looks canceled.
Finally, monetization of TASes reduces the clarity of Fair Use:

Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.
Thanks for the replies, I've read the Fair Use and redistribution guideline Feos provided.
So to avoid upsetting any TAS authors, if you don't want your TAS to get uploaded or used by me, please reply your name here, I'll avoid using your TAS.
I really do not want any upset TAS authors ended up file a copyright strike against me.
Thanks.
If you're profiting from these videos (which you shouldn't be)...don't upload mine. Otherwise, I don't mind if you're uploading them somewhere other than YouTube, as long as you're appropriately acknowledging the authorship according to the redistribution guidelines.
EDIT:On further thought....just don't re-upload mine at all. :END EDIT
As Spikestuff already stated: there's no reason to re-upload these videos to YouTube...when they're already there.
I expect that you'll be upsetting a significant group of people involved with this site if you do start re-uploading to YouTube (and possibly by just re-uploading in general).

While it is your legal right to republish movies (following the Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 license), it is not something we will endorse, and it will not do you any favors in the community. Especially if you intend to monetize videos, as most people are not at all happy about other people leeching money off of their work. I wouldn't recommend doing it.

<dwangoAC> This is a TAS (...). Not suitable for all audiences. May cause undesirable side-effects. May contain emulator abuse. Emulator may be abusive. This product contains glitches known to the state of California to cause egg defects.
<Masterjun> I'm just a guy arranging bits in a sequence which could potentially amuse other people looking at these bits
<adelikat> In Oregon Trail, I sacrificed my own family to save time. In Star trek, I killed helpless comrades in escape pods to save time. Here, I kill my allies to save time. I think I need help.
Hum, that's not a good idea (and not many TASers will read this topic anyway).
I'll rewrite your sentence in a better way:
"So to avoid upsetting any TAS authors, if you want your TAS to get uploaded or used by me, please reply your name here, I may use your TAS."
...Now let's see how many names you will get ;)

dokurokun. Re-read my post.
If you don't get a lip of what I meant, read DrD2k9's post which highlights the major part of my post.
And if you don't get it I'll quote myself one last time.
As for this part
There's a lot of users who would be heavily against what you want to do, both past, and present users of TASVideos.
Because of this, some users don't actually look at the forums most of the time except for their own topic.

As a standard rule, you should NEVER apply Monetization to something you yourself didn't have a hand in creating. I know it's just reiterating what what many of the other posts already say, but a lot of this comes down to content etiquette, which is something that can be applied in any content-related scenario (including situations beyond TASVideos).
I'm not as active as I once was, but I can be reached here if I should be needed.
Add me to the list of those who do not wish for their work to be republished to YouTube. TASVideosChannel is already a plenty good spot.
Asking here in this topic specifically for anyone to respond whether they want to restrict republishing, in an "assume it's okay except if the person opts out" will have you catch an awful lot of works where the persons were either no longer here on this site or simply weren't even aware this topic existed. I would much, much prefer "assume it's a bad idea except if the person opts in" instead, as then you are guaranteed that all works you do republish are not unwanted, as each person has, indeed, opted in, before you did your thing.
There are probably plenty out there who just republishes without saying a word here. Thanks for making a post here with your intent, although beyond supporting communication and discouraging the intent here, I do not have much further to say here.
