Interesting. I completely missed that. Thanks for letting me know.

Should I uncancel #2311: arukAdo's PCECD Castlevania: Rondo of Blood in 25:03.72 since it could go for alternate or playground? It is fairly good quality, was made to be sure what route is the shortest before submitting the others movies, it visit all the alternate (') stages.

Do you mean visiting different stages doesnt matter or that it would only be fine with a more recent bizhawk? Actually I though it was the alternate stages but its the opposite, it exclude all alternate stages and go for normal ones.

Is there any chance either one of these DS Chrono Trigger runs could be reconsidered in some capacity? I know one of them was placed in playground but maybe there's hope for the other run? https://tasvideos.org/Subs-List?GameId=2605

I should've known there'd be a rejected Dragon's Lair submission somewhere. I recommend that this is re-evaluated, for the same reasons as [6357] Wii Fast Draw Showdown by Cyorter in 10:41.27 and [6303] SegaCD Mad Dog McCree by EZGames69 in 08:30.31.

Dragon's Lair is mentioned back on the first page. However, in saying that I went against it later in going for a re-judging due to emulation improvements that were pending for the release of BizHawk 2.10 (which is now released). A new Dragon's Lair submission on Genesis will be submitted relatively soon™.

I went to DrD2k9's page that you linked. Of the runs on that page's "Need reviewed" tab, #5489: Uroboros's GC Resident Evil 2 "Claire B" in 49:51.21, #6351: arkiandruski's DS Elite Beat Agents "low score" in 1:00:52.99, and #4237: RealMyop's SNES Super Road Blaster in 17:21.21 (the latter of which I mentioned before) are worth a re-evaluation.

JD it literally says that it's a page that monitors this area, you're just re-suggesting things that's already been mentioned. Elite Battle Agents is already mentioned, and it points to this post. And same for Super Road Blaster which predates your suggestion.

#4888: Fortranm's DS Chrono Trigger in 6:16:21.87 goals do not work well together and I agree with that judge so keep rejected. #7349: Fortranm's DS Chrono Trigger "all bosses, glitchless" in 6:23:13.96 might be ok for Alternative now.

I myself would not defend the goal choice of the first one at this point and most of the contents it's meant to feature are in the second one in an arguably better way. I thought about asking about that one at some point since, as worded in the judgement notes, "the goal is pretty tame", but I decided against doing that for now since it wouldn't be fitting for this thread.

This thread is not for playground runs as they aren't runs that have been rejected. How the site deals with those runs is not pertinent to this thread.

Yeah, I completely missed that. My apologies, that's on me.

This, on the other hand, I couldn't disagree more with. Those posts are from half a year ago, several pages back, and not everyone is gonna comb through those pages looking for runs that have already been suggested.

Whilst looking for runs of hacks I found several Mario World and Super Metroid hacks that do not currently have a published run on this site: * #6319: Darkdevil's SNES 2 Player Co-op Quest! "small only, all normal levels" in 04:21.90 * #2635: Hoandjzj's SNES AngryFireChozo "101%" in 35:50.33 * #3172: Hoandjzj's SNES Super Metroid Phazon in 35:11.67 * #6325: EZGames69's SNES Steamed Hams but It's a Super Mario World ROM Hack in 01:37.57 * #4628: Dessyreqt's SNES Super Metroid: HISHE "0%" in 03:43.78 Those last two were April Fools submissions of short joke hacks, and I don't know whether or not they're acceptable. I also found some submissions that were rejected for being runs of "unapproved hacks", whatever that means. I'm holding off on those until I'm more familiar with that rule.

I didn't take the optimization on that very seriously.

People are starting to repeat a lot of ones that were already brought up. Before bringing up any new ones, review these posts and make sure they are not in there. At this point I think there are PLENTY listed for any interested judges to take a look and see if any are acceptable under new rules. Once more have been decided upon either way a new single updated list to look at can be made. Note: There are couple loose ones in other posts not in these.

In a discussion yesterday I randomly remembered this submission of Fire Emblem Thraccia 776 and I wouldn't be surprised if it was acceptable now. Entertainment was a major factor in the rejection.
