Hi! I'm relatively new to the TAS community, I'm probably only gonna do games like SMB3, & Super Mario World, so I'd like to know some cool tips to improve my TAS'es. Thanks :)

Hello and welcome to TASVideos, Lion! Feel free to go through articles under "Movie Making" tab in Article Index, including Common Tricks. This topic on BizHawk emulator is also fascinating! Of course, everything depends on your goal. If you just want to make your own better TAS, then most of the articles are optional. Learn about TAStudios (if you will use BizHawk) and frame advance, some route planning and do it. This topic gives tips on video recording to have your YouTube videos in a very good quality. Both games (Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario World) are very popular and well-researched. The actual published TASes seem to found every possible trick and saved every last millisecond. If your wish list consists mainly of games which are heavily researched and TASes by other members, then, as a workaround, try to beat a hack of one of these game. I'm sure there are hacks which haven't been TASed yet. Then one can be beaten and submitted to TASVideos. And, of course, there are plenty of games which have no glitches or no-one has discovered them yet, which makes it easier to make a TAS good enough to be submitted here. P.S: BizHawk 2.11 (the most recent one) has 3DO and, what's more important, MS-DOS emulation set up. Fallout, Warcraft 1 and 2, Duke Nukem 3D, Carmageddon and thousand other cool games released in 1990th are waiting to be TASed!
TASing is like making a film: only the best takes are shown in the final movie.

I pretty much agree with Dimon in everything he said :)
