Proximity Shift is a homebrew for NES, developed by Fiskbit for the NESDev Compo '23.
In it you control a spaceship with some special warping tech, and use it to dodge obstacles in 6 mazes.

Tech
An interesting thing in this game is that by pressing Select it's possible to make the scroll faster, so, at least in levels where it's not possible to keep it held, it's important to find the balance between keep it held and go through the level itself slower or go through a section faster but scrolling less of the level. I did this with manual trial and error so it's very possible that there are some frames to be found by doing this better.
Also, it is faster to die as soon as possible when getting to the next level to get the level to scroll up earlier.
