Your example is an obsoletion because of a submission that was made is an improvement. Aka, my point that I just explained. Come back when you have an actual example instead of again, making up shit. If you don't I'll be off doing other stuff instead.

A Published movie doesn't mean it's an accepted movie, it means it's Published. Don't know how someone who has been on this site for so long can't remember this. Is it because of that traumatic experience you had with the 3 submissions you made? A Published Movie means there cannot be any more contest to the movie, only to that of a new Submission. An Accepted Movie means that if someone can point out that there are improvements which has been done before then the movie can be rejected in favour of the faster movie. This movie is Published. What are your grounds on making shit up?

Soig is referring to this video that he made. To a movie that is Published. So none of this makes sense. Now, as for what Soig's talking about. You already got answered about that, you chose not to listen and now you're asking the same thing. The answer is exactly the same as you asked last time. And Soig, you've been on this site long enough to know that it's called submitting an improvement to improve on an already published run. There's no such thing as rejecting a published movie because you're feeling whatever the hell this is.

For the sake of pointing out. As the description states this is the iQue version playing on BizHawk, this is native BizHawk not a special build it's running on the Mupen core.

Oh that pirohiko encode helped immensely. Can't remember if there's a lua script that correct the graphics or not, but if there is requesting a "Clean Encode" for publication.

I want to nominate [4083] PSX Spyro: Year of the Dragon by Nitrofski & lapogne36 in 22:20.54 for the strong usage of proxies being used to zip Spyro across several levels, admittedly not to the same extent as the proxies used in Spyro 2. If I did this nomination wrong just strike it out as a mod edit.

Please name this one Gran Turismo 2 as the first title already exists. We shouldn't be mixing these two racing sims up due to the differences they have.

Is the fact that the input itself contains RTA input in it.
And this is the part where I call it out. Now excuse the numbers for not being accurate cause this is snes9x vs BizHawk. The very first input after regaining control after the ship up and Poseidon's itself is 2/3 frames slower than it should be. Using the classic TAS Movie Editor at 6109 onwards for that little segment of mashing B and removing 2 frames I was able to get in the door obviously 2 frames earlier with your input. This leads to everything can be adjusted in TAS Movie Editor. But here's the thing, time is valuable so we're just going to compare to the BizHawk movie I provided even though there isn't any major differences that'll be in play besides probably a frame that separates the two. The next sequence after getting out of that room is another 2 jumps, your timing of the jumps leaves you about 15 frames behind that userfile, is this because of your mashing you left behind again? I don't have any comments on the death abuse, cause I did it slower so eh on that one. (take notes whoever is actually using my file to fix that) You can skip the "Lose 5 Minutes" screen. You fail to do this. You have me beat on the respawn and climb there (again notes), however you lose to my input in the second half of that climb. That's where my input ends, so after that it's up in the air. However, for a relatively short movie this does leave behind quite a few mistakes especially against my now joke of a userfile after comparing to your input. The biggest stand out is you not skipping the "Lose 5 Minutes" screen and instead letting it go through.

Sometimes. The Publisher forgets to put something like commentary in the description. And for the Publisher's defence it doesn't help that the commentated version is just a one word link rather than bold text or a more than one word link or an embedded video. (It's also preferable that the commentary is on YouTube rather than Twitch as some people are unable to watch content on Twitch.) (And that the commentary matched the latest update rather than a revision behind)

Those numbers unfortunately don't add up. Especially if you entered the pipe at frame 669. The only way these numbers would make a lick of sense is if you're playing PAL version of the game, or PAL on NTSC which is the incorrect rate for the game. We enjoy your enthusiasm to the game but please take your time to look at the Game Resources for Super Mario Bros. to further understand the game. And please use the edit feature for your posts instead of continuously making new ones as this isn't a public chat, this is a forum.
