Ah! I misunderstood. When you said "once per boss cycle," I thought you meant "once per life vs. the boss" and I was very confused. Thanks for the demonstration video! I understand now.

Wouldn't you run out of lives, anyway? That's... wild.

Typing this up for a second time, as the first post got eaten by an HTTP ERROR 400. :( Previously each subforum had a little bubble with a white paper/sheet inside that turned yellowish if there were new posts in the subforum since last visit--this visual indicator was much faster to read at a glance than the new implementation of "15 minutes ago," "15 days ago," and "12/18/2021, 1:30pm." Previously at the bottom of the forums was a "Mark All Read" button, which would in turn change all the sheet bubbles to white, giving an easy way to check on a daily basis what posts had happened, and investigate subforums as necessary. I relied on both of these features a lot... their absence in the new layout is going to drive me away from the site. :( Also, I feel like the vertical space of the new layout is very inefficient. I recall being able to see from the "General" section clear down to "Other" without scrolling. On the new layout, I can only see vertically down to "Nintendo 64 Games," which isn't even half of the subforums! The new layout feels much clumsier without the swift visual references.

Hello! I wasn't sure what area to post this in to get a Moderator's attention, but: I'm a Moderator at a different message board that uses this same phpBB software. I've noticed that we're getting a lot of spam/advertisement posts in the queue, and I frequently have to go in an Disapprove/Delete them. I was curious if the moderation team experiences the same with this site, and what steps you have taken to combat the constant influx of spam/advertisement posts! If this topic is too far off-topic, please delete it and private message me instead. :)

That was a very fun watch! I knew the Hexers were busted, but Suicide is just hilariously powerful. :) Are there any plans to do the sixth hidden stratum?

I thought you reloaded by shooting downward, at your feet, offscreen? Maybe that was a different game.

Hey! I saw that a new updated movie of this was published recently, and in the author notes, they mentioned that jumping increased your acceleration. In the movie around 12 minutes and 13 seconds in (the first Professor level) the player character runs to the left to retrieve a card, then turns around and runs to the right--without jumping! Why didn't they do the jump-to-accelerate thing there?

I wonder if the timing of the glitches coincides with the loop of the slow/medium/fast timing of TTC with moving parts? Like, does the code that freezes TTC simply set the loop to a freakishly long time, set it to 0, or otherwise screw with the timing of said loop in another way?

Even though the manual says you can steal items from other players by slide-attack, it never worked when I played on the European version. Could anyone confirm this?
If your rider has no item, and you side-attack a rider with an item, you'll grab it. I've only done it in 2p mode, because you can't side-attack 1p. (at least, that's what I remember from playing this game so many years ago!)

It was new in like 1996 I guess. :) I definitely did that, too! It, uh, has absolutely no benefit for a TAS though.

It sounds as if you spent a great deal of time exploring the possibility, which is good information for future TASers. Thank you for investigating!

I was so elated to have finally found a site dedicated to tool-assisted spaghetti runs, and suddenly it's been changed to this """superplay""" nonsense?! He;lp

Maxing out stats alone sounds like a grind. Will you be doing it 1p the whole way? Is there a chance that 4p would be faster? (I know multiplayer is a whole 'nother can of worms). Wobmiar, you've done so much with this game, it's really awesome to watch. :)

I mean, so much of the Lemmings games is timing, a TAS would be entertaining (in my opinion) just because of the sheer last-moment-possible-yet-perfectly-timed executions. :) I'd be on pins and needles the entire time!!

I'm not dead! I had to take a break from finishing this because I was getting incredibly frustrated by this level.
Were you trying to get the upper right area by the Snake and Eyehopper while under the effects of the Gravity power-up? It looks like it *might* be possible, but the timing would be really really tight.

Even with cheats, I remember the last level being a slog and a half... This would be a rad place for any "entertainment" to come into play. There's not a lot to do, though, is there? :\

Alright, I'm gonna ask a completely newbie/ignorant question: A lot of times, when watching these incredible TASed levels, Sonic will halt in front of an obstacle, seemingly spin-dash one direction, stop on a dime, and spin-dash back the way he came. The screen with hiccup and jerk in one direction, and then whip back, and Sonic will have passed through the obstacle. I get that, in essence, the screen scrolling the obstacle past a certain point allows for Sonic to move through the obstacle, but I'd like some clarification on what exactly the inputs are. What exactly are you doing? :)
