It's just more accurate sound emulation.

By the way, even though you played on the Japanese version, we always prefer using the American/European name of the game if it was released in North America/Europe. In this case, this would be Super Street Fighter II Turbo.

Link to video *reads the lyrics* # Another one bites the dust # Another one bites the dust # And another one gone, and another one gone # Another one bites the dust # Hey, I'm gonna get you, too # Another one bites the dust Okay, this is Alyosha's official theme from now on.

What did you expect from YouTube comments? By the way, last I checked, these comments are the vocal minority, as a lot of YouTube comments were indeed impressed/entertained. If these commenters in your post actually clicked the links in the description, they'd know (but then comes the question who's reading YouTube video descriptions).

It should also be noted that most of the games on Archive are shareware.

Going by SDA timing, this TAS is either a 4:55 or a 4:56, so it's still faster than the RTA either way.

The original Japanese version was used for the encodes, not the unofficial English translation.

It seems like a Japanese guy already made a TAS test. (note: the reason I linked it is because the author disabled embedding, affecting Nicozon) Perhaps, when 3DS emulation actually becomes viable (note the graphical glitches in the emulator footage (English version), the footage from a 3DS capture device is first shown), this would be a suitable game choice?

On that note, is there a verification file for the SRAM usage?
Yes. It's right in the submission comments:

At first, I was sort of iffy about using a mode that makes the vacuum inflict damage faster, but it really allows you to make more ghost captures without the ghosts flying out of the room.
I thought that was only in PAL Hidden Mansion? Or am I misunderstanding something?

December 2015 rankings are up: Link to video Ranking in full detail coming tomorrow (I encourage you to watch the video before, since it spoils the ranking). EDIT: And here's the ranking in full detail. Hopefully, you had the time to watch the video beforehand, since I've now spoiled the ranking. Featuring quite a surprise in the pick-ups.

That was absolutely hilarious to watch (on stream). Yes vote. Note to other publishers: I'll be encoding/publishing it once it gets accepted.
