Game Info

The sequel to Tiny Toon Adventures but set in an amusement park. You can't enter the last castle until you have completed the four amusements: Big Dipper Ride, Dodgem Ride, Train Ride and The Water Pool. Most part of the game is autoscroller, mainly for fun...

Truncated: This game does not have potential for an interesting movie. Most of the levels are auto-scrollers (which is mainly not fun) and all you do is stand still. Only two of the levels were somewhat interesting: the second and the last level, but this is not enough to make this movie interesting. Rejecting.

Definitely not a suitable game for TASing. Way, way too many autoscrolling levels that really don't offer anything interesting. Only the Buster level 4/5th of the way in offered some TAS potential. Voting no

Thank you for making this movie; it's a game I've wanted to see done. I tested it a bit myself a while back and I enjoyed seeing what you've done with it. The Plucky stage is really nice as is most of Buster (in fact it's a shame the rest of the game isn't like this level). The Babs coaster has its moments, less so the Furrball stage... and the pig on the train thing is way too long and there's nothing to do. Also, you get hit near the end of Buster when it seems you shouldn't have to. Perhaps there's a good reason but I can't tell. Keep up the good work.

......I have already considered to finish this game,but the movement is so simplitic that I have to give up. The Tiny Toon I is a good run.This movie is also a show of difference. I like the game.A weak yes vote.

I watched this a while ago and voted, but forgot to comment. For me, this is a very easy no vote. The 3 autoscrollers in this came are incredibly dull, and most of the time the character just stands still. I don't think a lot of spastic movement would have helped out the entertainment factor at all, I think those levels are just boring by nature. Level 2 looked sloppily done. Even though it was short, it was very slow and looked like it could have been done just as well at full speed. The buster level helps out some, and if the game had been more levels like that, I may have been more entertained (especially since you were able to get moving pretty fast at points), but in the end, it couldn't even get me up to a weak meh. Overall, it just looks like poor game choice. Sorry.

Small necrobump, but eh. Just watched it and had a few things to say. Things I liked: I was wondering if that shortcut on the roller coaster would work. I tried and tried and tried, but just couldn't get it. Good job there! Good handling of the bumper cars. The exceedingly screwy physics makes me hate that level so much. >_< Good demonstration of a clipping glitch in Buster's level. Sadly, it doesn't seem as fast as jumping over the wall. Suggestions: First, standing still doesn't do anything for the aesthetics of a movie unless it does something interesting, like the spiraling platform in the last level (but then you took two unnecessary hits right at the end and failed to get a running start when getting off, which would have saved a few seconds). The music in this game is generally very peppy. Get grooving to it! Babs has some cutesy poses that could easily be used to dance with. Furball's pose when the log is not on a level surface is a perfect boogie stance to groove to the level's song. Do something more than just look up! On Furball's level, holding B will let you tilt the log when it's on water. Tilt in the direction of the current, the log will move faster. Tilt against, and it will move slower. A great deal of time could be saved by that alone. Would it make the movie more interesting to watch? I don't know. Overall, not a bad attempt. If it weren't for the Furball issue, I would have voted yes.

This is one of those games where it would have been awesome had the programmers made a great game to along with the awesome sprites they drew. Anyway, I don't care what the haters think. So what if it's all autoscrollers? Ban Gradius then. The only problem with this TAS was the log ride, you gotta use that B button and lean forward.

At least during the Gradius run, the author manages to pull of some impressive stunts, instead of doing well......nothing. The lack of movement or stunts during waiting periods is what I believe to be the cause of rejection. Hope my explaination helps.

I say this with only the slightest amount of bitterness, but... One of my submissions was recently re-rejected on the basis that there was a very small amount of time that could have been saved doing something that really isn't noticeable. This one was accepted, even though, as I explained in my last post in this topic, that it could be improved by a pretty good margin in at least one level. May I ask what happened?

The run could shave off about 30 seconds, but with the trade-off being a possibly boring tas, if only the bumper cars were used 10 times in a row to get 50 regular tickets. It takes about a minute to go through the bumper cars once, and according to the current run it yields 17510 points. Going through it 10 times will then give 58 tickets, and since you start off the game with 8, you'll have enough to get through it 10 times plus have 50 tickets to access the final level. After going through it 4 times, you'd have to briefly trade in points for more tickets, when the initial 8 run out. Perhaps alternate routes for the bumper cars could be found to make the tas more interesting.

I was a little off in my calculations earlier - the bumper cars would only need to be played 8 or 9 times. You start off the game with 10 tickets, and the bumper cars cost 1 ticket. Playing it 8 times will give enough points to earn almost 47 tickets, and playing it 9 times will earn 52 tickets. Playing it 8 times, you'll have two of the original 10 tickets left over, and perhaps it's faster to go to another ride, get enough points to be able to reach 50 tickets, and then die before having to complete the whole stage. Otherwise, the bumper cars could simply be played 9 times.

Since the TAS is published in the Vault, any TAS that is faster will obsolete it, even if entertainment drops...
