This is the same for me. It's been a while like this now, I thought it was supposed to be like this. Using Firefox as well.

Btw, I got that in the Linux version of Firefox. I'm also getting the same behavior and error in the MacOS X version, so the problem is not limited to the Linux version or my particular configuration. Edit: I have Firefox 3.5 on the MacOS X, and Firefox 3.6 on Linux, so it isn't a question of version either.

Warp, it works fine for me using Firefox 4.0betapre8 under Linux 64bit.(hg20101007r55015) Though I've had on again and off again trouble with the flashplayer in the 4.0 svn series.

I registered just to confirm this bug. It's a tad annoying. I have Firefox 3.6.13 Linux. With the same Javascript error in the Error Console. I've kept coming to this thread in the past couple days expecting this to be reported, but then I started thinking it might just be me. Thankfully someone else is experiencing trouble, as well. But yeah, ever since that news post about the new player, the Watch Now Using: links are gone. No changes have been made to my add-ons or general configuration.

Try again. I believe I've just fixed the problem at hand. You may need to refresh the script (http://tasvideos.org/css/_merged.js) before the change becomes visible.

I'm having a problem with the embedded players. If I click on the Watch Now Using Archive.Org button, then change my mind and click on the Youtube button, it does not bring up a Youtube player. It appears to bring up a smaller JWplayer instead, and it does not play anything. Also, JWplayer seems to reduce the quality of encodes, whereas the old Archive.org embedded player would play them back in their intended quality as far as I could tell.

Yes, this is something I've noticed as well. I'll take a look and see what's going on.

There's a broken link. NES Demon Sword's youtube link is to Metal Gear 2 or something. Thanks

Thank you very much! I fixed it, so it should go to the correct youtube video now.

When I mark text and want to apply a color to it, it doesn't do anything. It works properly with font sizes though.

I think TorrentDisplay module breaks the whole page if there are too many seed requests...

Not really a bug, but the forum descriptions on the forum index are inconsistent some are ended with a full stop, some others aren't. For example we have "Game Boy Advance games.", "Sega Master System and Game Gear games.", but we also have "Sega Saturn Games" and "Nintendo DS games", there should be more consistency in my opinion.

This may come off as nagging now, since I already mentioned it in the submission topic and bothered a few people on IRC about it already, but that was before I remembered we had a Site Bugs topic, so I figure I may have better luck here. What's going on is that I want to edit in some more text for my description of Linus Spacehead's Cosmic Crusade, and for a while I had no problem doing that, but now I've reached some limit where if I add any more text into the edit, the page rejects it all with the message "Problems! The description is way too short". When talking it over with Ilari, we noticed that the number of bytes in the description was close to the maximum unsigned 16-bit integer, so we thought that the number must have overflowed and appeared very small, as a couple of submission texts longer than this one have gotten through just fine in the past. I remember the snippet of code they looked at checked that the string length wasn't under 100. But I tried adding a lot more than 100 characters past what was giving me the error, and I still got the error, so I'm starting to doubt this is a simple overflow problem. I don't know if this normally happens, but when the page with the error message appears, the entire Comments and Explanations box goes empty, while all the other fields are still filled in. For now, would it be possible to simply disable that error message or turn it into a warning that lets the edit through anyway? I think anyone who would leave their description a stub would tend to have bigger problems with their submission anyway.

Why don't we have Info&History pages for submissions? I mean links to them in modules. They're as simple as movies' ones, just like http://tasvideos.org/pageinfo.exe?page=2959S

Some "Watch now using" links are duplicated (in some cases several times) here: http://tasvideos.org/Awards/2010.html I'm wondering if it happens because the same movie is listed in the same page more than once. It seems that those which are listed there more than once have problems with the "watch now" links.

Not a bug per se, but could be perhaps considered a small design error. Namely, the current way of showing awards allows people to fake having such an award, as demonstrated in this post.

You can also fake your user rank by embedding it in your avatar, as I will be doing for the next 60 minutes as a demonstration (not meaning to break the forum rules, I will revert to my usual avatar within 60 minutes from now). edit: reverted. This is how it looked http://img156.imageshack.us/img156/1029/15291317.png Moderator edit: Don't embed wide images in posts, please.

The statistics in the Wiki: JudgeCounts module are inaccurate. If a judge's decision is made with empty Edit summary, it is not counted. EDIT: Alright, it's a different bug.
<klmz> it reminds me of that people used to keep quoting adelikat's IRC statements in the old good days <adelikat> no doubt <adelikat> klmz, they still do

This submission, http://tasvideos.org/3081S.html lacks a discussion thread. I guess non-ASCII symbols break the forums.

The youtube link on this page http://tasvideos.org/812M.html is wrong, it's not Genesis Gods (USA) in 07:31.93 by Jaakko Järviniemi (Aqfaq) but TAS The Humans GEN in 43:16 by Aqfaq :)
