I second the nomination of Rockman 2. Woodman = win.

I'm still mildly disappointed that the ground was touched at one point in Wood Man's level for about a second and a half.

Chrono Trigger, and it's not even close. Not even Rockman 2. Not. Even. Close.

I do think Chrono Trigger would win, but I would also like to nominate FractalFusion's run of Takeshi No Chousenjou. Seriously, the last minute of that is a rain of falling sprites. Also, the glitch seriously cuts down the completion time of the game (which is something most good glitches should do). EDIT: I'd also like to add the run of Werewolf: The Last Warrior by andrewg and AnS, and Gocha's run of Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow.
Used to be a frequent submissions commenter. My new computer has had some issues running emulators, so I've been here more sporadically. Still haven't gotten around to actually TASing yet... I was going to improve Kid Dracula for GB. It seems I was beaten to it, though, with a recent awesome run by Hetfield90 and StarvinStruthers. (http://tasvideos.org/2928M.html.) Thanks to goofydylan8 for running Gargoyle's Quest 2 because I mentioned the game! (http://tasvideos.org/2001M.html) Thanks to feos and MESHUGGAH for taking up runs of Duck Tales 2 because of my old signature! Thanks also to Samsara for finishing a Treasure Master run. From the submission comments:
Shoutouts and thanks to mklip2001 for arguably being the nicest and most supportive person on the forums.

I seriously can't nominate any other than Chrono Trigger.

Voted Chrono Trigger. There are some really messed up runs on here, but I feel that Chrono Trigger is just a cut (or several) above the rest.

I felt CT was more surprising than MM2 and more broken than SotN, so there.

I vote megaman 2 because there was a lot of different glitch used.

I wanted to vote megaman 2 because the (woodman) glitches are awe inspiring. However, I interpret the award as the movie that is the most glitched out. For that I have to go with the 5 hour RPG that was beaten in 20 minutes.

While Megaman 2 has some great, entertaining, innovative glitching, I think inichi's Chrono Trigger definitely deserves it as a run years in the making slaughtered to the highest degree.

Chrono Trigger will and should win, but I threw in a sympathy vote for Takeshi No Chousenjou which had the best looking glitch in my opinion.

After playing through the DS version of Chrono Trigger last Christmas, I had a look on the Glitched TAS and it was very confusing. So I'll vote for that. GTA Chinatown Wars should get a mention as a Glitched TAS of the year, although it might not be as confusing as Chrono Trigger the time you save from a really simple yet overlooked glitch is huge (At least 3 hours). * I'm still voting Chrono Trigger because of the very hard work which started back in 2007.
