VLDC2 complete. I have officially done 1/3 of this whole hack solo. Couple things to note, there's still no epileptic parts yet, but there will 100% be some in VLDC3, so be ready for that. While lunar magic may not work, I did learn I can get the levels from smwdb (I knew existed but forgot about it), so that problem is no longer an actual problem. Corner clips are still very hard but still very possible. Most of the corner clips I did with downloading the patch to the vldc level and then TASing the level in the individual ROM. Only one that I had to learn to do manually without the lua script was in FROSTY HOLLOW or whatever it's called. It wasn't fun but it did work eventually.

I said I was gonna do it, here I am, doing it, except a couple things have changed.
1. Due to the hack (Six Pack) not being made in Lunar Magic and thus neither of the Super Mario World lua scripts (Base or SA-1 enabled) being able to be recognised, I'm going to be doing the *whole* thing **by myself.** 2. Based off of the estimates I've gone off of from doing just the first 10 exits (which have now proven to be slightly off) I have come to the likely inaccurate conclusion that the final time will be a whopping 10+ hours on this one singular hack. TEN HOURS! That's basically triple what I initially thought it would be about 5 months ago!
So yeah. Oh and also you see that epilepsy warning in the beginning? Yeah don't worry about it as nothing in VLDC1 has to do with it. But keep it in mind when the next 5-6 parts of the TAS come out. I know for a fact VLDC3 has probably 3 extremely tedious, long and annoying levels with absolutely hideous backgrounds being flashing lights. I don't typically place epilepsy warnings with timestamps in my videos as the effects aren't that strong, but this time I have to take them significantly more serious.
Obviously I won't *only* be doing this TAS for the next couple of months, I'll do a new VLDC, then after finishing that one, I'll encode it alone and then potentially work on another hack, so if it seems I've abandoned this TAS, I likely didn't as I chose to do this in the first place, alone (which was my original plan as I don't quite have any TASing buddies) or not.
Who will even watch the whole 10+ hour thing when it all comes out together besides me? lol

This is an amazing hack, one of my favourites for sure. This hack has a ton of custom stuff, and not the usual patches, so I can still optimise it fairly good. I'd HIGHLY recommend playing this, or if your hardware doesn't support SA-1, then the original is also a good choice. This hack has 12 custom worlds (13 including bonus world), 276 star coins, 16 new power ups, playable luigi as there's no two player, and that menu is replaced with difficulty selection, Normal mode or Hard mode. Normal lets you do the New Super Mario Bros damage receival (two hits with powerup before small mario), and Hard mode does vanilla 1 hit small, speeds up the timer, and places the coins in harder spots. This TAS does hard mode for an extra challenge, and it might actually be faster than Normal anyway. I really enjoyed TASing this. This is also the first TAS I've done without a lua script. Since this is SA-1 the RAM addresses are in different locations so you have to use RAM Watching. It took a while to get used to but soon enough I got the hang of it. Now I can finally TAS Six Pack, the longest SMW hack ever with 622 exits.

I finally did it. After various weeks of TASing, multiple breaks and not wanting to come back to it, and a couple of file corruptions, my 119 exit TAS of Nonsense is finally complete. This is almost 100%, but not quite. It's collecting all 5 Yoshi coins in 65 out of the 70 levels that have them. 65 will give you the perfect amount to buy all the special world levels without missing any nor having any extra, so basically finding the 5 levels that take the longest to collect all the Yoshi coins. There might be a faster set of levels but this is what I currently went with

Nonsense is Nonsense, not much to say. Not too many levels seen here.
This is the first full TAS where I knew how to fully utilise the cape. It's also the first where I actually attempted brute-forcing tricks until I knew it did not work. For example the slope clip in castle 1. It may seem easy until you realise that this specific one is incredibly precise, due to not being able to have all upwards speed.
This is the current any% run. I might do a 100% TAS in the future but that requires alot of routing and alot of time

Original Mario Hack (aka OMH) is a ROM hack by Team JANK. Download it here (Might not work because hack isn't accepted yet): https://www.smwcentral.net/?p=section&a=details&id=35050
OMH was a very challenging and fun hack. I definitely recommend playing it. If you haven't though, you might want to play R-ACK first, since it is the first game of this series. In case you're wondering why I did this first if R-ACK is first, I just personally like this hack more, and couldn't wait to do it after R-ACK. This hack is very impressive in terms of going out of bounds of Super Mario World hacking. Most of the stuff in this hack lots of people don't even know how to do. The title screen was made to be a whole cutscene, an SMB2 level with four different levels (not just exits, completely new levels that count as exits) a level that lets you drop a key in a portal in one level and you get that exact same key in a completely different level, etc. It's just very impressive and very fun.
This is the hack where I learned to master the cape, very specifically the level named "This pipe keeps getting in my GODDAMN MFING WAYY LIKE JES" taught me. So until that point, caping isn't amazing, but it's still pretty enjoyable. Also, the Overworld movement could use some improvements. I didn't necessarily go and find the best Overworld route due to shops and stuff, and I personally didn't have the time for that.

Thanks to xRavenXP who got me into the hack. It was a lot of fun to play and very challenging in some cases. This hack implements multiple new things, being Walljumps(However vanilla walljumps are still possible under certain conditions) Autosave after every level, Instant reserve box usage removing waiting for it to fall, Safe fall, etc. It also features some other games as well
This is my longest TAS yet. This TAS is to get all exits as fast as possible. The Safe Fall and Instant Reserve Box are two of the most used things. There's quite a bit of over/under the level, so to truly experience the full thing you should play it yourself.

Hydro is one of my favorite Kaizo hacks. Even though I do not really like water levels, this hack has some of the best water levels in my personal opinion. TASing this wasn't too hard, as it's mostly just the 1/1 swimming trick. Hope you enjoy.

DeClock Mario World is the first true Kaizo Hack of Super Mario World that I ever played. It was a pretty fun hack and still is in my opinion, so I decided to TAS it. I recommend playing it if you want a fun little challenge without frustrating trolls.

In this TAS, I was still technically learning how to TAS Super Mario World, so don't expect to see any decently good gameplay until the final world, where I actually looked back at the movements and started to understand everything. However I did accidentally get some good movements earlier, so I took advantage of them. In the future, I plan to make a better TAS that is faster by skipping worlds then coming back to them later using the LyTra. But for now, I hope you enjoy this.
