This is an improvement input file for #10263: Walgrey & Darkman425's A2600 Black Jack in 01:58.770.
The improvements came about with further RNG manipulation to reduce the number of cards drawn by the dealer. However, having the dealer draw 1 additional card is 8 frames faster than not at all but it's not guaranteed to be faster if the RNG rolls bad.
