4A had to end exactly with 3027 rng calls for optimal 4B rng, so i wasted a fire arrow at 0:46 since that's the fastest way to manipulate rng. re-tasing the sections between that and the end of the level over and over (can't just hex-edit because fish behavior is also rng-based) until it works out was quite an experience lol
not done yet because i also found a new tas-only trick shown in 1:24 which means i have to redo some of the previous levels
