Cyber Owls GETM-EOUT mode, 1 loop in 1601 frames from power-on.
In the context of TAS, this mode is pure luck manipulation. Faster seeds are certainly possible, but CoffeeTools raises an error after loading a savestate in this game, so I'll probably continue grinding after that gets fixed.

4A had to end exactly with 3027 rng calls for optimal 4B rng, so i wasted a fire arrow at 0:46 since that's the fastest way to manipulate rng. re-tasing the sections between that and the end of the level over and over (can't just hex-edit because fish behavior is also rng-based) until it works out was quite an experience lol
not done yet because i also found a new tas-only trick shown in 1:24 which means i have to redo some of the previous levels

3 frames saved in "My burden only grows" by prioritizing the leftmost roof block.
1 frame saved in "My world collapses" by starting 1 frame earlier.
11 frames saved by working around the issue where holding arrow keys 1 frame earlier doesn't work (not 15, since 4 levels don't benefit from this).
2 frames mysteriously disappeared while doing above. There wasn't any visible side effect, but I somehow ended 2 levels faster and I don't remember which. Figuring out what happened may lead to more time saves, hence why this is a WIP yet.

automatically solved with simple BFS, but had to manually fix desyncs due to incorrect simulation in my port. will submit when automation gets more accurate

Extra-6 duo glitches can be used on 5-4 too, but they are unuseful there.

Duo stages can be improved using the "both walking right" trick, which seems to be the only duo trick that works in main stages. There might be a better route.
Edit: Apparently, most of the tricks actually only work in the last stage of extra world.

I didn't fully understand how wrong warp works, but I tried to send the right side Satoshi directly above after reaching antigravity, possibly ending the input much faster. Unfortunately, the moving platform didn't work.
Instead, I found another trick. In addition to only one Satoshi jumping, holding L+R makes both Satoshi walk right.
Also, an unuseful glitch: you can collect a pickup without making it disappear. It isn't demonstrated in this WIP; the snapshot below was taken from another attempt.
