Emulator coders are people who have contributed code to site approved rerecording emulators. This role is "ceremonial" and does not have any special permissions.
This role is automatically granted to anyone who has had a movie published. This role gives them the ability to edit game resource pages.
Site developers have access to the site code and can make changes.
The site owner owns the domain and is in charge of the site code's repository. They are also responsible for ensuring that the site is running, available, and that there are staff to maintain it.
