The great devil turned all of the inhabitants of Lala's kingdom to stone. Lolo and Lala go through 100 rooms to defeat him, or something like that. This run is 14 minutes and 50 seconds faster than windeu's rejected submission, and 6563 frames (1 minute and 49.38 seconds) faster than my test run.

Phew, the movie sure was long! I took two moderate pauses before finishing watching this RPG-like epic. One hundred of puzzles is definitely too much. Also, they are not as different and unique as in previous Lolo games. But I must say, none of levels made me use fastforward. In fact, I even rewatched some rooms when I felt like I spotted minor improvements - but all of them proved to be slower than current strategies. And during second half of the movie I wasn't quite following the pace, so I could easily miss something. I'll give this run strong Yes vote, but obviously not everyone can enjoy such kind of speedruns. Fortunately, there are several published Lolo TASes which can introduce this genre to everyone - without boring to death. If the run will be published (I hope it will), description text should recommend to watch PRO levels and Lolo1 movie before attempting to watch this run.

I feel this is a very well done speedrun of Lolo 3. While this run is a bit long in the tooth, it is nonetheless interesting in its puzzle variety. Yes vote

Very, very nice run. Not only is it fun to see some very hard puzzles be beaten, they are beaten very fast too. If it were just straightforward puzzles, the previous submission wouldn't be beaten by nearly 15 minutes.

I give this baby a yes vote for the optimization and the amount of work put into it. It's a tough game, and I like seeing tough games beaten. ...Who the heck voted no? I would've liked to hear at least an explanation for that.

Nice solutions. I remember getting stuck in a few levels for a very long time, when I completed this game some years ago. The movie is long only because the game has many levels. That is not so bad thing. Voting "yes".

I just watched this, and found it very difficult to keep focused toward the end. However, I think it would be good to finish off the 'trilogy', so I'm in favour of publication. Excellent optimisation, Nitrodon.

Especially considering that the workbench is, in fact, not a democracy, why does the explanation of no votes matter? This is a long awaited completion to a trilogy, and will be published anyways, so what does a no vote matter anyways? Lolo games do not interest me, and after many months of the IRC channel being flooded with Nitrodon's "xxx frames gained in 3-04" or what have you, making me think this run would be exciting, the run bored me, and it is incredibly long to boot. Is that the answer you were looking for?

I would think this is because voting no signals that you didn't like the movie. Clarifying in a comment exactly why you didn't like the movie will help the author to improve his movie to cater for wider amount of audience if it needs to be refined before re-submitting, if it's possible in limits of the game. No votes are perceived negative, and I at least, usually like to know why something I did caused a negative reaction, while I can enjoy a positive reaction without thinking twice about it.

It's the game I hate. The author cannot improve that, the run was optimal (notice how I said it will be published anyways?) seeing how he redid many stages and tested many different paths.

Yes vote here. Long movie, but each level was masterfully done. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few missed improvements, judging from the long development of the Lolo 1 and 2 movies.

This afternoon I got around to sitting down and watching this in full. I also tried playing a few rooms again, and have not managed to find any new strategies faster than those used in the run. Great job on heavily optimizing this, Nitrodon. My favorite levels are when glitches come into play: 2-5, 12-4, 14-1, 14-2, and 14-5. Yes vote.

I own this game for real nes, but I never liked it musch I liked lolo 1 and 2, because it was just too long and much harder than lolo 1 and 2.. And password are just too f*** long.. I watch this when I'm at home.
