Well, so this is really the file... I made a different TAS, because only over after the triforce text... So fix that if can do it

Start recording from power+sram clear. And try to beat Tompa's record. Remember, while you're playing you can rewind the game to undo mistakes.

How I do this... sram clear? Ok, but snes9x have rewind? and, if I record the movie gonna work the rewind?!?!

Okay, ZM1 file is slot 1 right? WHY I can't upload it? I put on SRAM type... I can only on slot 0? I work hard on this one.

You really should be using snes9x-rr to do TASes. It is far more user friendly and has a lot more tools for better TAS precision.

Just rename the file you upload to something.zmv before you put it in a zip file.
