Rocky is a short but difficult game for the Sega Master System. This new run improves upon the previous submission by Cheesestringxx. Despite being only about 1 second shorter in movie length, this is actually closer to a 10 second improvement, the remaining time is taken up by the BIOS. All fights were improved.
In Fight 1 against Apollo Creed I win by KO, saving a couple seconds.
In Fight 2 against Clubber Lang I improved the strategy significantly, saving several seconds.
In Fight 3 against Ivan Drago I saved a few frames by minimizing the counts in between knockdowns.
Originally I thought I would be able to KO Lang, but it seems his life meter need to be too low before you are able to do so. The time it takes to sub-optimally deplete his life meter before knocking him down is longer then it takes to just win by TKO.

Noxxa: Judging.
Noxxa: Good improvement, but ultimately the repetitive strategies of this movie don't do enough to make its way out of the Vault. Accepting as an improvement to the published movie.
feos: Pub.

Did I find it entertaining? Meh. Should it be accepted? Definitely.

BTW, could you make the 2nd knockdown on Drago without walking into him? It took only 1 combo to do that.

Nope, you'll get countered if you don't walk into him.

In this run, Alyosha improves the predecessor movie by about 10 seconds in gameplay sections, due to tighter optimization and better planning.
This is a two minute improvement over the predecessor movie linked there. It is a 10 second improvement over cheesestringxx's previous rejected submission (in gameplay.)

Sorry, fixed.
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.

How were the training scenes skipped? I had no idea that was even possible, and it isn't explained anywhere.
It's hard to look this good. My TAS projects

According from previous submission (Cheesestringxx's rejected movie): "As per the instruction manual it's possible to skip training by pushing the D button in any direction and button 1 or 2 when the description comes up on screen"
