I'm not used debug rom. you only use japanese original rom. And This video is "any% happy ending" speed run

adelikat: Rejected for poor game choice and poor viewer response.
Noxxa: Unrejecting and judging in consideration for the vault.
Noxxa: The game just barely skirts the line between being acceptable enough or not, considering the vast majority of the game consists of long cutscenes and the battle scenes are mostly quite simple. However, I consider this just good enough to accept. So, accepting for publication.
feos: Processing... And the rerecord ratio is beautiful, yeah. PS: Dragon Ballz haha!

First of all, I didn't watch this movie completely. I stopped after 100000 frames. The vast majority of this game seems to be text and dialogue. I'd say about 90-95% of it is story-related. The sad thing is that it's only text with the pictures of the characters that are speaking. There's no interaction needed from the player, except the press of the A or X button to make the story progress. The rest of the game (5-10%) is fighting. However, even there this movie fails to entertain. The same attack is used over and over again, which I guess is normal since it's the most effective attack. So basically, I didn't bother watching the rest of the movie since the first 1/5th of it bored me. There was so much dialogue and story stuff in this game that I litterally fast-forwarded my way through the first 100000 frames, and I don't feel like I've missed much.

Aww. I was hoping this would be that horrible DBZ RPG. I'd watch that, just to see it get demolished. As it happens, this movie could be useful- not publishable, but good to have. Thanks, Perfectacle.

You only use japanese original rom. [Edit by Bisqwit: Material that breaks the forum rules was removed.]

Perfectacle, posting links to ROMs on this site is prohibited. Please remove this link as soon as possible. We know that you used the original japanese ROM (there's no other ROM than that one, by the way). It doesn't change anything to the fact that this game isn't publish-worthy. It just isn't entertaining to watch.

I'm tempted to vote no on this just on concept. Seriously. This game puts me to sleep while playing it; I don't think I'll be able to make it through a TAS. Especially considering the battle system, and the fifteen minute long cutscenes that happen before each one.

I'd watch that just to gawk at the luck manipulation involved. Manipulating each card into exactly what you want could be a feat within itself (if it's at all possible), but what would be more impressive is dodging random battle. I've played and beaten the game, and I swear that sometimes they throw a random battle at you after moving one square. Several times in a row. (We're talking "counting on more than one hand" here.) Made me wanna drizzle rage dressing on countries next door until no one's salad was safe.

It's not really a problem Perfectacle; just choose a more entertaining game for future TASes =p

There's nothing concrete on what games you choose as a TAS, but if it's incredibly monotonous and has a lot of words — and doesn't have the advantage of "severe luck manipulation" or "using insane strategies" on its side, then there's an extremely high chance that it's not good for a TAS. Also, you might wish to cancel this submission yourself instead of waiting for someone else to reject, because unless the sky opens up and the heavens decree for this to be published, it's not making it on the main site. (You might wish to ask someone else how to do that though; I'm not a TASer.) And for the record, I voted no.

This just happened to be a bad game choice. See http://tasvideos.org/ListOfIdeas.html for a general wishlist, and when you've found a game you like, make a WIP of it and post the WIP in a topic in the respective sub forum to see what people think of the game. Of course, feel free to take a game that's not on the wishlist if you think that it might make a good TAS :)
