Saves 16-17 seconds compared to my last update and over a minute and a half compared to ChesetheStickman's original submission. All of the platforming levels are more optimised in addition to inputs being cleaned up in the rest of the run.

Saves an extra 36 seconds. Most of the time save is in level 4 although there is a sizeable amount of time saved in level 6 and there are a couple of smaller time saves in other areas.

A 45 second improvement of ChesetheStickman's Garfield's Fun Fest TAS. This run uses a major skip on the first level which saves 45 seconds. The rest of the run is identical outside of a couple of sync adjustments in certain levels. Further optimisation in the rest of the game is definitely possible.

This file starts with the DS BIOS (unlike ChesetheStickman's original submission) and it ends with the credits.

Saves nearly 17 seconds compared to the original draft. Should hopefully work for console verification.

I haven't made any further progress since my last demo but I have saved 1.6 seconds with a bunch of small optimisations. Level 1 finishes with a 2 flat IGT. Sub 2 is possible but it actually loses time as the game take longer to update the IGT counter. Saving 1 frame in the level would lose over 3 seconds due to the timer counter.

Encode for my previous demo:

Plays up to 6-2. Syncs with the Japanese version.

Has a new skip on Rocky Peaks 4. The skip saves 3 seconds but an extra 2 seconds are needed to collect an extra heart in 5-2, only saving a second in total. Syncs on the Japanese version. Desyncs on Mr. Dark.

Resync on the US version. Has a couple of time saves and better RNG but it is slower than the previous WIP due to the version change. The US version loses 9-10 seconds up to this point in the run. The US version has slower text but it has exclusive skips which I'm fairly certain will make it the fastest version.

Completes Bikini Bottom. Still not sure if I want to TAS the full game. Syncs with the Japanese version of the game although the US version would be faster for a full game run.
