10 frames were saved on level 7 & 156 frames were saved on level 9 for a total of 166 frame improvement

improved level 3 and a little bit of level 6 to save 367 frames for the sub 17:40

~ 6.4-second improvement

time improvement ~ 7.48 seconds

not sure if sub 17:50 is doable atm. *I'll say that, and it'll most likely happen anyway*

also, the re-record count is wrong since it's still applicable to add and adjust for the testing duration phase of inputs. The readjusted count is 52,688

found some major new strats, thus, sub 18 | also re-record is the same, but, testing was done side by side in a different version, actual re-record count is 47,226 (38,271 + 8,955)
