Bunch of new optimizations, tricks, and mainly lag reduction.

At the end of round 3-1 (again), 511 frames faster than the previous WIP.

50 frames wasted at end of Round 2-1, to manipulate pattern on the Boss of Round 2-2 (Saving 96 frames).
