DoS all souls is a great example of an action-heavy completionist run that uses a ton of luck manipulation and routing to collect all the souls the game has to offer.
PoR all bosses differs in that it isn't really completionist (it goes through most of the game, but defeating all bosses is a more arbitrary goal) but features a lot faster paced action, occasional out-of-bounds/zipping tricks, a crazy route going all over the place, and rapid demolishing of every major enemy or boss.
For me, PoR all bosses is one of my favorite movies on the whole site, although DoS all souls is probably a bit easier to follow for most users and the goal itself is more noteworthy.
EDIT:
[3216] GBA Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow "all souls" by Fz-Last, klmz, Pike in 17:06.41 is already starred- it has the same goal/general idea as DoS, but is a GBA game instead of DS.
