Full draft and discussion: Wiki: HomePages/Samsara/Drafts If you'd like to weigh in on anything there and you're not an Editor, let me know and I can give you the role. This is a pure draft, anything on that page is subject to change and nothing there should be considered finalized or in-progress.
Current plans: Wiki: HomePages/Samsara/Proposals Anything here is what I am actively planning on working on. As such, they should be prioritized in discussions as they will likely be finalized and acted upon within a week or two. Note that as of making this post, it has been updated with a new set of current plans.
I'll be adding this info to the OP as well.

The existence of separate pages Wiki: EmulatorResources/BugReports and Wiki: EmulatorResources/Development screams "infobox" to me. I'm not sure it's worth adding a module to the site just to group a few links together, though if it were MediaWiki I'd have no problem quickly making an infobox template.
I contribute to BizHawk as Linux/cross-platform lead, testing and automation lead, and UI designer. This year, I'm experimenting with streaming BizHawk development on Twitch. nope Links to find me elsewhere and to some of my side projects are on my personal site. I will respond on Discord faster than to PMs on this site.
Hey look buddy, I'm an engineer. That means I solve problems. Not problems like "What is software," because that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of philosophy. I solve practical problems. For instance, how am I gonna stop some high-wattage thread-ripping monster of a CPU dead in its tracks? The answer: use code. And if that don't work? Use more code.

The first page used to have actual modules that embed issue info, but it wasn't implemented on the new site and that rendered the page useless.

I've discussed this on Discord, but I think most of the ListOfIdeas subpages could be deleted or reorganized. I've posted my thoughts here: Wiki: HomePages/RetroEdit/ListOfIdeas As detailed in the link, I think the following pages can be deleted now: Wiki: ListOfIdeas/GBA (+Spanish version), Wiki: ListOfIdeas/NDS (+Spanish version), Wiki: ListOfIdeas/PCE (+Spanish version), Wiki: ListOfIdeas/SMSGG (+Spanish version), and Wiki: ListOfIdeas/SNES (+Spanish version). I still have to evaluate the other pages, but hopefully I'll get that done within the next week. EDIT: Instead of deleting, these pages could be moved to Wiki: LegacyPages as subpages, but these pages are basically bulk game data rather than proper wiki pages, and other external game databases are more up-to-date and better suited to organizing this information. LegacyPages is generally for things that have distinctive information with long-term value.

How many of them are actual co-authorships, and how many are different names of the same user?

They're all cases of different names of the same user from what I saw. Most are obvious, I checked liutao on wayback machine Edit: Sorry the original post was unclear. These are all single-author movies
