Hello!. My name is Colin. Most refer to me as "EZGames69", "EZGames", or just EZ. I'm a 24 year old dude who likes retro video games and loves learning all about them. Since speed running is all about running games old and new, I tried to get involved as much as I could.
I first joined TASVideos around September of 2017 where my first movie was published: http://tasvideos.org/3515M. At the time it was the coolest experience to get a movie I made onto the website. while the movie itself may not be that significant, It was definitely significant to me. Ever since then, I've learned alot about how games work and have had so much fun getting major nostalgia from working with the systems I grew up with.
One of the things I aim for on this site is to find games that dont have movies. It doesnt matter if the game would make a good speedrun or not, it just matters if there isnt one. there are so many games out there that either no one knows about or dont care enough to TAS. I believe that almost every game should be represented with a movie of its own. Some games that make for a really good speed game may not have alot of players for it, making the chances of someone coming in an TASing it small. I want to do as much as I can to find games without movies and make them. the benifit to this is it gives me more experience with different kinds of games mechanics, so maybe in the future things I learned from doing one game can carry on to the next one I do.

here are a list of games I've made movies of so far:
I Want My Mommy is a video game for the Atari 2600, released exclusively to North America. It is a platform game (then called "climbing games" by the US press). The game was given the KidStuff panel on the cover art; meaning it was aimed at gamers under the age of nine. Bootleg versions of the game were sold around the world as Open Sesame, Apples and Dolls, Teddy Apple, and Ursinho Esperto.
The player controls Teddy, and must guide him up a six story structure to the goal at the top. The goal of the first stage is to collect the Apple at the top, and the goal of the second is to get to the mommy at the top.

Snoopy is a pet of Charlie Brown's, the everlasting loser and the main character of the "Peanuts" comic series. Snoopy only behaves species-appropriate. Most of the time he lies on the roof of his dog kennel and abandons himself to philosophical thoughts while waiting for the food.
In 1984, he was dedicated an own C64 game Snoopy. A game from a time when Jump & Runs found their feet, it is about steering Snoopy through 20 tricky levels. If you have made it, you restart at level 1 only with higher speed. The obstacles can be simple holes, moats, laser beams and more.

Donkey Kong Jr. is the sequel to Donkey Kong, where the forgotten titular character has to rescue his father Donkey Kong from Jumpman/Mario. It has received ports to many video game consoles, and the ColecoVision is no exception.
Unlike most other ports, the ColecoVision port only has three unique levels instead of four and they are out of order. What would be the fourth level in the NES version is actually the second level here, and after completing it, you repeat the first level again before getting to what would usually be the second level in the NES version. EZGames69 plays as much of the game has to offer in one playthrough as fast as possible in this run.

You Have to Burn the Rope is a very hard game. You have to burn the rope there.
More seriously, this is a Nintendo DS port of an intentionally trivial Flash game created by the Swedish student Kian "Mazapán" Bashiri. It was created as a satire, specifically to make fun of other games that limit the player's interaction by being easy, linear, or heavily controlled and jokingly ask at which point these games also cease to be games. -Bashiri

In order to pull off the rescue, three keys are needed; these are retrieved in this run so as to obtain the best possible ending.

In this platform game, Barbie must find an outfit for her date with Ken. The environment features a shopping mall level, an underwater level and other worlds to explore. The game is also centered on collecting gems and pearls to fend off opponents. Enemies in the game include the usual sharks found in underwater levels in addition to jellyfish. Created by a Japanese comedian who hated video games, Takeshi no Chousenjou (also referred to as Takeshi's Challange) was meant to be near impossible to complete. Zelda II: The Adventure of Link is quite different from most of the early games in the Legend of Zelda series. It combines an overworld view with side-scrolling platform stages. In addition, the character can gain experience and levels, visit towns, and earn spells and items which are needed to proceed.
However, the game also has a large glitch which produces massive speed when both Left and Right are pressed at the same time; due to the use of this and other glitches, most of this run features Link racing across Hyrule so fast that the screen can't keep up, and inexplicably warping between places that shouldn't be connected. Only a few items and one spell are collected, and the only enemy ever fought is the final boss. Luckily, he takes the same amount of damage no matter what level attack you have.
In this run, EZGames69 improves on the previous efforts by 0.03 seconds (2 frames), thanks to an earlier first hit in fight against Dark Link.
We also have a run that completes the six palaces without using the Left + Right glitch to turn the game into a barely comprehensible mess (but does allow the use of glitched warps) and another run that disallows both the Left + Right glitch and the use of glitched warps.

Super Boy 4 is the fourth and final game in Korean pirate company Zemina's series of unlicensed Super Mario Bros. clones. Most of the graphics in the game are ripped from Super Mario World, with the notable exception of Super Boy himself, receiving an original design for the first time in the series. The game contains 16 stages, loosely divided by 4 worlds, and a final boss stage. In each stage, Super Boy has to reach the end of the stage and break a special block which contains a gem that ends the stage when collected.
Noxxa and EZGames69 reach the princess in record time by carefully managing the game's copious lag and employing some time-saving tricks, such as overflowing Super Boy's position to warp him to the top of the stage.

EZGames69 improves the previous TAS by 3 minutes and 28.52 seconds, thanks to a glitch that allows one to clip into any wall, as well as overall better optimisation.

Despite having the same name as its NES counterpart, it's not the same game. Curiously, while this version was made without Manfred Trenz (the original Turrican series designer/developer), the NES one was produced by him alone.

Underrated TASes I like

Totally not ripping off Samsara’s userpage or anything, and totally did not get the idea from Memory
[2641] Arcade Magician Lord by £e Nécroyeur in 07:17.73
Magician Lord is a game that you cannot predict what you’re about to see. The run is filled with so many glitches and funny moments. The highlight however is definitely the terrible locatalization of the main bad guy, which is also accompanied by an actor who actually read those lines and didn’t see anything wrong with it. It’s the type of game that you wonder why it exist and it just do.
[3531] GBA Kao the Kangaroo by TASeditor in 14:12.30
Kao the Kangaroo seems like any typical mascot platformer, but this run is entertaining to watch throughout. It was one of the first really great TASes I got to see once submitted. If only I was allowed to nominate this for stars.
[3763] SNES Hagane by Sniq in 13:12.84
Hagane is a mix of several games at once. Everything is fast paced and crazy. The movement is especially fun to watch. It also has some of the best playaround for a TAS that isn’t in stars.
[4052] Vboy Virtual Boy Wario Land by Bloopiero & Cyorter in 17:27.33
The Virtual Boy is a strange era for Nintendo, the games on it are likely overlooked due to the inaccessibility of playing on it. Wario Land Virtual Boy is one such game that is majorly overlooked due to the system it's on. This TAS is a fun reminder of the fun parts that make Tool-Assisted Speedrunning so great
[3018] Genesis Earnest Evans by Samsara in 07:36.54
This game kinda sucks, but it’s really hard to hate it or take it very seriously. The music gives an epic feel to the game but at the same time, Earnest Evans looks so goofy whaling his arms around like he does with ragdoll like physics. A TAS just takes advantage of that kind of thing and makes it a funny watch.
[1103] NES Mega Man by Deign in 15:29.27
Many people seem to prefer the current movie of this game that skips levels abruptly, however I find this movie that doesn’t do that to be far more enjoyable. It allows me to see a better majority of each level and shows off some other funny glitches that I don’t see in the current publication, like Mega Man’s head completely disappearing in the first level and even a glitch near the end of the game where Mega Man just flies vertically up and down the screen, completely out of control. It’s one of few times where I will prefer the obsoleted version of a movie over the new one.
TASes I'm currently trying to work on:
